Relational Betrayal Trauma

You found out, and now you can't stop replaying it. The person you trusted most became the person who hurt you most, and nobody around you understands what that does to a mind and body. You deserve someone who can hold this story gently and walk with you towards healing and clarity about the future.

How we'll work on it

Betrayal trauma is treated here as trauma — not as a marriage problem to referee. Using CBT and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), sessions focus first on stabilizing you: making sense of intrusive thoughts, hypervigilance, and grief that arrive after discovery. Whether the relationship continues is your decision, made in your time; the work is about your healing either way. Sessions are available individually, in person in West Chester or by telehealth anywhere in Ohio.

When you're ready

There's no form to fill out about what happened and no pressure to commit to anything. Send a short message — even just "I'd like to talk" — and Matthew will reply personally.
