Anxiety & Depression

Getting through the day takes everything you have, and everyone keeps telling you to just relax or cheer up — as if you hadn't thought of that.

How we'll work on it

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the backbone here: identifying the thought patterns that feed anxiety and depression and practicing concrete, evidence-based ways to change your relationship with them. This is practical work with skills you take home, paced to where you are — not a lecture about positive thinking. Available in person in West Chester or by telehealth anywhere in Ohio.

When you're ready

There's no form to fill out about what happened and no pressure to commit to anything. Send a short message — even just "I'd like to talk" — and Matthew will reply personally.
